3. In-App Purchases
The App offers optional in-app purchases. All purchases are processed through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store and are subject to their respective payment terms and refund policies. Unless required by applicable law, purchases are non-refundable.
Virtual items purchased within the App:
- have no real-world monetary value;
- cannot be exchanged for cash or other property;
- are licensed, not sold.
4. Advertisements
The App may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising partners, including Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content or availability of third-party advertisements or websites accessed through advertisements.
5. Intellectual Property
All content within the App, including but not limited to graphics, artwork, user interface, animations, sounds, music, logos, trademarks, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use any content without our prior written permission.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- use the App in violation of any applicable law;
- exploit bugs or vulnerabilities;
- attempt unauthorized access to our systems;
- interfere with the operation or security of the App;
- use automated tools, bots, or scripts.
7. Availability
We strive to keep the App available and functioning properly; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without prior notice.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for in-app purchases within the App during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, if any.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Updated versions will become effective upon publication within the App or through the app store listing. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the Service operator is established, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Te otorgamos una licencia limitada, no exclusiva, intransferible y revocable para usar la App con fines personales y de entretenimiento no comercial, conforme a estos Términos.
No puedes:
- Copiar, modificar o distribuir la App.
- Realizar ingeniería inversa, descompilar o intentar extraer el código fuente.
- Usar la App para cualquier propósito ilícito.

3. Compras dentro de la App

Los artículos virtuales comprados dentro de la App:
- no tienen valor monetario real;
- no se pueden intercambiar por dinero en efectivo u otros bienes;
- están licenciados, no vendidos.
4. Publicidad
La App puede mostrar anuncios proporcionados por socios publicitarios externos, incluido Google AdMob. No somos responsables del contenido o disponibilidad de anuncios de terceros ni de los sitios web a los que se accede a través de ellos.
5. Propiedad Intelectual
Todo el contenido dentro de la App, incluyendo gráficos, ilustraciones, interfaz de usuario, animaciones, sonidos, música, logotipos, marcas comerciales y software, es propiedad nuestra o de nuestros licenciantes y está protegido por las leyes de propiedad intelectual aplicables. 6. Conducta del Usuario
Aceptas no:
